All our lenses are crafted in the USA using state of the art edging equipment to ensure all lenses match the specifications of the original manufacturer.  Please note we can only guarantee the fit on frames purchased from authorized brand dealers. Furthermore, all our products come with an ONE year warranty against manufacturing defects. For information on the return procedures, please see section below.

90 Days Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with our product, you may return them for a full refund or exchange within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Returns Procedures

For all online purchases, you can return or exchange products by following the procedures stated below: 

  1. Email customer-service@lenzflip.com with your original order confirmation number and request a Return Authorisation (RA)** number, which will be used as a reference for your return.
  2. Upon acceptance, a shipping and return label will be emailed to you. Please attach the labels on your return package to us.
  3. Please ensure that all items, including the lens, frame pouch, card insert and packaging box, are packed securely and returned back in its original form.
  4. Refunds will ONLY be made to the original credit card used for purchase. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  5. An email will be sent to notify you on the completion of the refund process on our end.

Additional Information:

  • Please note that all RA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days. All RAs received after 30 days will not be valid and a new RA number will need to be requested.
  • Any freight charges paid for the original purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We reserve the right to impose additional fees on any returned products that is damaged or have missing items
